अपने मूड को फ्रेश कैसे रखें


Main aapki mood ko badalne mein puri tarah se sahayata nahi kar sakta, lekin main aapko kuch tips de sakta hoon jisse aap apne mood ko sudhar sakte hain:

Kuch alag karne ki koshish karein: Aksar hamara mood tabhi kharab ho jaata hai jab ham kuch naya nahi kar rahe hote hain. Isliye, koshish karein ki aap kuch alag karne ki sochen, jaise ki koi naya hobby shuru karna, kisi naye jagah jaana, naye logon se milna, ya koi nayi kitab padhna.
